Does anyone know if credit card companies ask for proof of earnings? I wanted to apply for O% credit card for balance transfer but unsure if they require proof of my earnings

No you don't need proof of earnings, you just state your employer and your annual income. they can't ask your employer how much you actually earn, it would be against data protection laws!
